A Streamyx subscriber wants to thank Telekom Malaysia (TM) for settling a problem that he complained about through Actionline last month.

Baljit, who lives in a housing estate in Ipoh, said there were issues with his telephone line and Internet connection at the time.

He said he lodged several complaints with TM and Actionline. A technical team from TM responded and fixed the problem.

However, Baljit added that such complaints should have been attended to within 24 hours.

“This problem caused inconvenience to my family. The customer service personnel were polite and helpful but what is the point when the problem still persists and remains unsolved.”

Nonetheless, Baljit said he was grateful as members of the technical team had gone up a pole at the back of his house and fixed the problem.
